Dinner Menu No. 1 (4 courses and coffee)
£20.00 (includes full waitress service & Table Linen)
Stuffed zuccini, topped with mozarella cheese, toasted and served with a baby leaf salad.
Pate two ways with melba toast and butter with fresh market leaves and cornichon.
Melon with seasonal fruits and berry coulis.
Sliced Lancashire black pudding on a bed of parsnip mash with a light mustard sauce.
A giant field mushroom filled with cheese, shallots and herbs, oven baked with salad leaves.
Home made quiche Lorraine served on mixed leaves with a French dressing.
A choice of home made soup with roll and butter
Minestrone, Mushroom, Leek and Potato, Cream of Watercress
French Onion or Thick Chunky Vegetable.
Roast top-side of beef, roast gravy, horseradish sauce and Yorkshire pudding.
Succulent slow roasted lamb knuckle in a rosemary sauce.
Tender pork medallions cooked in white wine, cream, shallots and mushrooms.
Boeuf bourguignonne, cubed beef cooked the French way, in a rich red wine, shallots and mushroom sauce.
Fresh Scottish salmon fillet, poached in wine, parsley and lemon, served on a bed of spring onion mash with a choice of prawn, parsley or hollandaise sauce
All served with a selection of seasonable vegetables and potato dishes of the day
Sticky toffee pudding with fresh cream
Death by chocolate gateaux served with chocolate sauce or fresh cream
Profiterolles filled with whipped cream and drizzled with butterscotch or chocolate sauce
Fresh seasonal fruit and berry coulis meringue topped with fresh whipped cream
Warm caramelised apple tart served with fresh pouring cream or vanilla ice cream
